The Tweco® Self Insulated Slip-On Copper Nozzle is designed for convenient use with a standard gas diffuser. With a 0.625" bore size and a 3.138" nozzle size, it is an ideal choice for light to medium duty welding applications up to 250 A. The part number is rolled stamped on the external surface, allowing for easy identification. Made from high-quality copper alloy, the nozzle features a 3-piece design without the need for an additional insulator. It consists of a copper alloy tubing housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone material nozzle insulator. The nozzle insert is securely crimped in place, allowing it to slide over a metal spring that is part of the gas diffuser. The nozzle is threaded to fit standard EL gas diffusers, providing the necessary electrical insulation using the included insulator. Each pack includes two nozzles. Choose from recessed tips for higher heat applications, flush tips for shorter arc lengths, or protruding tips for tight weld joints, keeping in mind the risk of arcing and potential damage to the front end parts.
