The Tweco® Heavy-duty Nozzle in the size of 3/4" is specifically designed for standard gas diffusers. This high-quality nozzle not only ensures superior welds but also enhances the longevity of the welding gun. Built for heavy-duty welding applications of up to 450 A, it boasts a flush contact tip with a relationship of 0.062". This design is particularly useful in scenarios where longer electrical stick-out is required, bringing the tip closer to the work piece.

Crafted from 122 DHP copper alloy, the nozzle features a 3-piece structure. It consists of a copper alloy tubing nozzle housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The nozzle insert allows for effortless sliding over the metal spring of the gas diffuser.

For convenient identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface. The 3-piece design eliminates the need for an additional insulator. The nozzle insulator, made from g7 silicone material, provides essential electrical insulation from the gas diffuser.

Sold in packs of 2, this nozzle not only ensures electrical insulation but also guarantees easy installation and replacement. The versatility of this product is highlighted by its suitability for recessed, flush, and protruding tips. Recessed Tips are ideal for higher heat applications and situations where the nozzle may come into contact with the work piece (such as tack, spot, and stitch welding). Flush Tips, on the other hand, are better suited for shorter electrical stick-out and tighter arc lengths, bringing the tip closer to the work piece. Lastly, Protruding Tips are perfect for welding in tight joints, such as open root pipes, but pose the risk of arcing the tip to the work piece, which may require parts replacement and result in downtime.
