The Tweco® Brass Nozzle with a 5/8" bore size is designed to safeguard the quality of your welding and prolong the life of your welding gun. It is ideally suited for heavy-duty welding applications up to 250 A. This nozzle boasts a part number rolled stamped on its exterior surface for simple identification. Crafted from a copper alloy, its flush contact tip relationship measures 0.062". The nozzle consists of three parts: a nozzle housing made from 122 DHP copper alloys tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a nozzle insulator constructed from silicone material. It features threads on the standard EL gas diffuser. The crimped nozzle insert allows for smooth sliding over a metal spring that is integrated into the gas diffuser, ensuring the nozzle remains securely in place. Providing the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser, the nozzle insulator is made from g7 silicone material. Sold in packs of two, this nozzle offers easy identification with its part number rolled stamped on the outside surface. Its three-piece design eradicates the need for an additional insulator.
