This assembly is specifically designed to work seamlessly with robotic and fixed automation MIG conductor tubes. To secure the nozzle during the welding process, a course thread is meticulously machined on the outside surface. Additionally, a silicon O-ring is included in the gas diffuser to ensure a tight seal with the nozzle assembly. With a 600 ampere capacity, this assembly is suitable for medium to heavy duty welding applications. Crafted from 360 brass alloy bar stock, it guarantees consistent dimensional stability.
