The Tweco® Eliminator® Series Brass Gas Diffuser is specifically designed for use with course thread nozzle assemblies and the 600 A Tweco® Eliminator® MIG gun series. It is also compatible with eliminator front-end consumables. This gas diffuser possesses exceptional electrical properties, making it the perfect choice for medium to heavy duty standard welding applications up to 600 A. With a thread size of M12 x 1.5-6g, it features six 0.094" gas holes. The gas diffuser includes a conduit liner that can accommodate up to 0.054" wire and is equipped with a silicon O-ring for secure sealing against the nozzle assembly. Its external surface is machined with a course thread, allowing the nozzle assemblies to thread over and securely hold the nozzle in place during the welding process. The part number is rolled stamped on the external surface for easy identification, along with the overall length and replacement O-ring number. Crafted from 360-brass alloy bar stock, this gas diffuser ensures consistent dimensional stability. It has a properly threaded size conductor tube designed for use with MIG guns.
