The gas diffuser measures 2.521" and features a M12 x 1.5-6g thread size along with six 0.094" gas holes. It is equipped with a conduit liner capable of accommodating up to 1/16" wire and boasts a secure sealing mechanism provided by a silicon O-ring against the nozzle assembly. The gas diffuser is engineered with a course thread on its external surface to facilitate easy threading of nozzle assemblies and ensure a stable position during the welding process. Its part number is clearly stamped on the exterior alongside the overall length and replacement O-ring number for user convenience. Crafted from 360-brass alloy bar stock, this gas diffuser guarantees consistent dimensional stability.
