By reducing the number of tools and threads, we have created a simpler design that eliminates common issues. Unlike regular MIG consumables that have multiple sets of threads, Velocity contains only one set, minimizing complications. Moreover, the mating threads of Velocity are crafted with a combination of soft brass and stainless steel, preventing seizing and cross threading. The heat-treated stainless threads on the gooseneck are built to last, while the replaceable nozzle's brass threads are softer for enhanced grip and stability. With Fixed Threaded and Adjustable Slip features, welders can effortlessly maintain flushness and enjoy improved access for cleaning.
