The Tweco® 11 Series Standard Duty Tapered Contact Tip is designed to accommodate 0.03" wire and works seamlessly with various Tweco® MIG guns. It is specifically ideal for use in standard welding applications up to 200 A. This contact tip is made from high-quality copper alloy and features a smooth surface with precise dimensions for optimal performance. Its threaded style ensures proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed on the MIG gun. The contact tip is designed to lock in place when twisted, providing increased surface contact and better electrical conductivity. Additionally, its thick-walled design acts as a heat sink, effectively dissipating heat from the arc source. Furthermore, when the tip wear point is reached, twisting it half a turn counter-clockwise exposes a new wear point, effectively doubling its lifespan. Each pack contains 25 contact tips.
