The Tweco® Weldskill® Heavy Duty Contact Tip is designed to accommodate 1/16" wire and provides optimum protection for your welds and the longevity of your gun. This contact tip offers excellent electrical properties and is perfect for heavy duty welding applications up to 400 A. With its part number and wire diameter clearly marked, it is easy to identify.
Measuring at 1.47" in length and featuring a 1/4"-28 UNF-2A thread size, this contact tip has a 0.073" nominal ID and 0.283" OD. Made from 122 DHP copper alloys and machined from a copper alloy tubing, it ensures a consistent and smooth surface inside diameter with a tolerance of +/-0.003".
The threaded style of the contact tip ensures proper contact with a gas diffuser when installed on the MIG gun. Sold in packs of 25, each contact tip is clearly marked with its part number and wire diameter for easy identification.
