In an era where customer service can feel rushed, Karen was a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure my son was safe and comfortable.

What really made Karen stand out was her hands-on approach. She didn’t just point us to a shelf; she stayed with us, helping my son try on multiple brands and various sizes. She explained the nuances of the seal and the weight of each mask, ensuring he chose the one he liked best rather than just the most expensive one. Beyond the mask itself, she took the time to educate us on the different filter ratings, explaining exactly what he’d need for his specific classes.

To our surprise, Karen also mentioned a student discount, which is a huge help for anyone just starting out in trade school. It is clear that Karen doesn’t just manage a store—she builds relationships and supports the next generation of tradespeople.

How you even run a business , you should educate your staff (the person with glasses) do not know how to treat customers. So unprofessional. They didn't refill the oxygen cylinder brand new with Dot -3 regulation marked on it.

Josef Gas gives first class customer service. They are thebest in giving technical support. Their knowledge in the various welding processes surpasses all other welding stores that I have done business with over the past 10 years.

They have an in-house welding specialist who has real-world experience and is results orientated. His recommendations I have benefited for many time.

Prices are very competitive and most things are available in store.
