She explained the nuances of the seal and the weight of each mask, ensuring he chose the one he liked best rather than just the most expensive one. Beyond the mask itself, she took the time to educate us on the different filter ratings, explaining exactly what he’d need for his specific classes.

To our surprise, Karen also mentioned a student discount, which is a huge help for anyone just starting out in trade school. It is clear that Karen doesn’t just manage a store—she builds relationships and supports the next generation of tradespeople.
