The ESAB Warrior 500i 4-Pack Rack is a specialized industrial welding solution designed to meet the rigorous demands of large-scale construction, shipbuilding, and pipeline projects. This system integrates four Warrior 500i multi-process inverter power sources into a single, heavy-duty steel frame. The rack configuration is engineered for logistical efficiency, allowing four welders to operate simultaneously from a centralized location while requiring only a single primary power input cable to the distribution block. This design drastically reduces cable management requirements and simplifies electrical hookups on job sites.

Each Warrior 500i unit within the rack delivers up to 500 amps of welding current at a 60% duty cycle, ensuring sustained performance for heavy fabrication. The machines utilize advanced inverter technology, which provides superior arc characteristics compared to traditional transformer-rectifiers while consuming less energy.
