OVERVIEW

The Precision TIG 275 welder is a reliable machine that excels in TIG and stick welding applications. It offers exceptional starting and welding performance at low amperages, making it perfect for various maintenance tasks. With its versatility and compatibility with a 5/32-inch stick electrode, this shop machine is suitable for any welding job.

One outstanding feature of the Precision TIG 275 is the patented Micro-Start™ II Technology. This cutting-edge technology enhances the starting process and improves arc stability, resulting in more precise welds and crater fills.

The Precision TIG 275 also offers simplicity and control through its innovative features. The AC Auto Balance® feature automatically adjusts the balance of cleaning and penetration when welding aluminum. Alternatively, you can take full control by adjusting the AC Balance® to personalize the cleaning action or penetration on aluminum.

For those who desire even more control, an optional Advanced Pulse Control panel is available. This upgrade includes a TIG pulser that minimizes material distortion caused by excessive heat input. Additionally, the TIG pulser helps regulate filler metal deposition for consistent bead appearance.

In terms of versatility, the Precision TIG 275 boasts a wide output range, allowing you to weld materials of varying thicknesses. With an impressive amperage range of 2 to 340 amps, you can tackle any project effectively.

To enhance convenience and organization, the Precision TIG 275 features a side-mounted torch holder and connections. This design ensures simple cable management and protection while providing a secure place to store your torch when not in use.
