I came in for a simple argon bottle swap—not a lesson in surprise fees. If you intend to charge an “environmental fee,” disclose it upfront in your quote. Adding it at checkout is unacceptable. Be transparent or adjust your pricing—don’t hide it.

How you even run a business , you should educate your staff (the person with glasses) do not know how to treat customers. So unprofessional. They didn't refill the oxygen cylinder brand new with Dot -3 regulation marked on it.
