The core of this system, the Flextec 350X, is built with PowerConnect Technology, which automatically senses and adjusts to any input power from 200V to 600V, single or three-phase, and 50 or 60 Hz. This eliminates the need for manual relinking, preventing potential damage from incorrect input connections and allowing the machine to be deployed globally without modification.

A critical technical advantage of this system is the inclusion of CrossLinc Technology. This proprietary communication protocol allows for voltage and amperage control at the wire feeder using the standard weld power cable, eliminating the need for a separate control cable.
