Superior Filtration Technology

At the core of the Prism Mobile is a MERV 16 (HE) Nano Filter, which offers exceptional filtration efficiency for capturing fine weld fumes and particulates. With a massive surface area of 538 square feet, the filter is designed to hold more particulate matter, significantly extending the interval between replacements and lowering long-term consumable costs. The system delivers a robust airflow of 735-750 SCFM, ensuring that hazardous fumes are effectively drawn away from the welder's breathing zone before they can disperse into the facility.
