At the core of this helmet is Lincoln's proprietary 4C Lens Technology, which broadens the visible color spectrum in both light and dark states. This technology eliminates the traditional lime-green tint found in older auto-darkening filters, replacing it with a true-color view that enhances the visibility of the weld puddle, arc, and base material. This clarity reduces eye strain and allows for more precise weld placement.

The helmet boasts a perfect 1/1/1/1 Optical Clarity rating (EN379), the highest possible standard for minimizing blurriness, distortion, shade inconsistency, and angle non-uniformity. The auto-darkening filter (ADF) features a massive 12.5 square inch viewing area (3.74 x 3.34 inches), providing one of the largest fields of view in its class.
