The Tweco Roto-Work Ground Clamps are specially designed to be used with the Tweco Roto-Ground Device, but they are also suitable for other high amperage grounding purposes. These clamps feature a Roto-Ground shaft that screws into the tapped back of the Roto-Work Clamp, allowing for easy attachment or movement between rotating weldments or fixtures without detaching the Roto-Ground. This saves time during welding. Made from a durable copper alloy, the Roto-Work Clamps are available in 600, 1200, and 2000 ampere capacities. The WCRG-2000 model includes two tightening screws, while the WCRG-600 model is compatible only with the smaller shaft size of the No. RG-230. With its large tightening screws and generous contact surface area, these clamps ensure efficient and cool operation. The rugged and reliable design incorporates a ball-point screw to secure the welding cable, copper cast upper and lower jaws, and a heavy-duty spring that provides strong clamping force to the work surface. Additionally, the spring is insulated for safety. These clamps are ideal for use on flat plates.
