Designed with a precise 45-degree angle, this module utilizes a series of high-performance polymer rollers equipped with ball bearings. This innovative design allows the welding wire to literally "coast" around corners, virtually eliminating the drag that typically occurs when wire scrapes against the inner liner of a bent conduit. By reducing this mechanical resistance, the WGM-1 enables facility managers and welding engineers to design wire delivery systems with significantly longer conduit runs—often exceeding 100 feet—without compromising feed reliability.

The unit is engineered for versatility, accommodating a broad range of wire diameters from 0.035 inches to 5/64 inches (2 mm).
