The CK0900-3 is a comprehensive fume extraction solution designed to mitigate the health risks associated with welding particulates and industrial airborne contaminants. This package integrates a 3-meter (approximately 10-foot) flexible extraction arm with a dedicated high-performance fan, creating a self-contained system for source-capture ventilation. Source capture is widely recognized as the most effective method for removing welding fumes, including hexavalent chromium, manganese, and ozone, before they enter the welder's breathing zone.

The extraction arm features a robust external support mechanism. Unlike internal support arms that create turbulence and reduce airflow, the external design ensures a smooth interior profile, maximizing capture velocity and reducing static pressure drop. The arm is counterbalanced for effortless positioning, allowing the operator to move the hood with one hand and have it remain stable in the desired position. The capture hood is equipped with a 360-degree swivel and a manual damper, giving the user full control over airflow volume and hood orientation.

The included fan is engineered to match the static pressure requirements of the 3-meter arm, ensuring consistent suction performance.
