The Victor 0781-3506 VTS250D-540 is a high-performance two-stage regulator designed for medium-duty industrial applications requiring precise oxygen control. As part of the VTS 250 Series, this unit is engineered to provide a constant delivery pressure ranging from 5 to 125 psig, regardless of fluctuations in the inlet pressure as the supply cylinder depletes. This characteristic is critical for applications where stable flow rates directly impact the quality of work or test results.

Constructed with a die-forged brass body and a heavy-duty spring housing cap, the regulator offers superior mechanical strength and resistance to shop floor environments. The internal architecture features a stem-type seat mechanism that ensures reliable sealing, complemented by a 1.3-inch to 1.75-inch fabric-reinforced neoprene diaphragm. This diaphragm design allows for exceptional sensitivity and long-lasting service life. The unit connects via a standard CGA 540 inlet and utilizes a 9/16"-8 RH(M) outlet connection. It is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig. Adjustment is smooth and precise, thanks to a Delrin insert bushing and a stainless steel ball in the key mechanism.
