Technical Overview

The Miller Smith 825-81-09 is a premium high-pressure analytical regulator from the Silverline 820 Series, engineered for precise control of non-corrosive inert gases. This single-stage regulator features a robust piston sensor design, making it capable of handling maximum inlet pressures up to 6000 PSIG while providing a delivery pressure range of 0-2000 PSIG. The unit is equipped with a CGA 580 inlet connection, suitable for Argon, Nitrogen, and Helium cylinders.

Construction and Materials

Constructed with a brass body and bonnet that are fully nickel-plated, this regulator offers enhanced corrosion resistance and extended service life in demanding environments. The internal mechanism includes a self-relieving adjusting screw, which allows for low-torque adjustment and easy reduction of pressure in closed or dead-end systems. The regulator is 100% tested at maximum rated operating pressure and is cleaned for oxygen service standards, ensuring high purity and safety.
