The CK Worldwide GFT Flow Checker is an essential diagnostic tool for any professional welder or fabricator. While regulators and flowmeters at the cylinder provide a reading of the gas leaving the tank, they cannot account for pressure drops, leaks, or restrictions that occur along the length of the gas hose and through the machine. This portable device measures the actual volume of shielding gas exiting the MIG gun or TIG torch nozzle, ensuring that your weld pool receives exactly the coverage required.

Designed for simplicity and accuracy, the GFT features a clear, impact-resistant tube with a floating ball indicator. It is calibrated to read flow rates from 0 to 40 CFH (Cubic Feet per Hour) and is suitable for use with Argon, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and Helium mixtures. By verifying the flow at the point of welding, you can prevent common issues such as porosity caused by insufficient gas coverage or turbulence caused by excessive flow.
