The Victor® Model EST4-125-025 EDGE™ Station Regulator (SKU: 0781-5196) is a heavy-duty gas control device engineered specifically for pipeline and distribution systems. Designed to handle Hydrogen, Methane, Natural Gas, and LP Gas, this regulator provides a stable delivery pressure range of 5 to 125 psig, making it an essential component for industrial facilities utilizing bulk gas systems. Unlike cylinder regulators, the EST4 is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 200 psig, appropriate for the lower pressures found in station drops and manifold outlets.

At the core of the EST4's design is a 4-port forged brass body coupled with a high-strength zinc-aluminum housing cap. This material combination offers nearly twice the yield strength of traditional all-brass constructions, ensuring longevity even in harsh industrial environments. The regulator features a stem-type seat mechanism and a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.488, delivering uniform flow performance across various demand levels. High sensitivity and accuracy in delivery pressure are maintained through advanced internal geometry, while a sintered bronze inlet filter protects the seat from particulate contamination common in long pipeline runs.

Safety and compliance are paramount in the EDGE series. The EST4 meets or exceeds CGA E-4, UL 252, and ASTM G-175 industry standards. It incorporates an external self-reseating relief valve and the patented SLAM™ (Shock Limitation and Absorption Mechanism) knob. This color-coded knob is designed to absorb impact energy, protecting the regulator internals and the bonnet in the event of accidental impact. The 2.5-inch delivery gauge features high-contrast graphics for easy reading and is protected by a high-impact ABS guard. The unit connects via a CGA-025 inlet and provides a standard 9/16"-18 LH(M) outlet for fuel gas hoses.
