This system is engineered for industrial environments requiring robust cutting and high-output heating capabilities. At the core of this outfit are the ESS42 Series EDGE 2.0 regulators. These single-stage, heavy-duty regulators feature a forged brass body, stainless steel diaphragm, and the patented SLAM (Shock Limitation and Absorption Mechanism) knob, which protects the regulator internals in the event of a cylinder fall.
The outfit utilizes the WH 315FC+ torch handle, which integrates built-in flashback arrestors and reverse flow check valves, eliminating the need for external safety devices that can impede flow. Paired with the CA 2460+ cutting attachment, the system offers a 90-degree head angle and is capable of cutting steel up to 8 inches thick with the appropriate optional tips. The kit comes standard with a Size 1 GPN cutting tip (rated for 3/4" cuts) and a Size 8 Type 55 multi-flame heating nozzle, making it immediately ready for heavy pre-heating and scrapping operations.
Crucially, this AF (Alternative Fuel) package includes 20 feet of 1/4-inch T-Grade hose.
