The Tweco® Weldskill® 23 Series Nozzle is specifically designed to protect the quality of your welds and extend the lifespan of your gun. With a bore size of 0.64" and a 3.219" nozzle length, this product is ideal for medium to heavy duty welding applications up to 450 A. The part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. Made of copper alloy, the nozzle has a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size and a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156".
The nozzle features a 3-piece design, including a copper alloy tubing nozzle housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The insert allows for machining of internal threads to match the conductor tube OD threads. The nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser with the nozzle insulator. Sold in packs of 2, this nozzle offers easy identification with the part number rolled stamped on the outside surface. It easily threads onto the conductor tube assembly, eliminating the need for an additional insulator.
