Unlike regular MIG consumables that have multiple sets of threads, Velocity contains only one set, minimizing complications. Moreover, the mating threads of Velocity are crafted with a combination of soft brass and stainless steel, preventing seizing and cross threading. The heat-treated stainless threads on the gooseneck are built to last, while the replaceable nozzle's brass threads are softer for enhanced grip and stability.
