At the heart of the system is a powerful 1/3 HP motor coupled with a high-efficiency Pro-Con rotary vane pump. This configuration delivers a consistent flow rate and pressure (factory set around 50-60 PSI), which is essential for maintaining the thermal equilibrium of high-amperage water-cooled TIG torches (up to 500A) and MIG guns (up to 600A). The rotary vane design offers superior durability compared to diaphragm or gear pumps, providing smooth, pulsation-free coolant delivery.
