The Revco Black Stallion Angel Fire LT50-S is a specialized TIG welding glove engineered specifically for female welders. Unlike resized men's gloves, the LT50 series is constructed using an ergonomic pattern that accounts for the narrower palm and finger proportions of women's hands. The primary material on the palm is premium grain kidskin. Kidskin is selected for TIG applications due to its exceptionally tight grain structure, which provides high tensile strength while remaining thin and pliable. This allows for the high degree of dexterity required to manipulate TIG torches and feed filler rod with precision.

The back of the glove is fabricated from flame-resistant (FR) treated cotton. This material choice reduces the overall weight of the glove and improves breathability compared to full-leather options, while still maintaining necessary protection against radiant heat and minor sparks. To address common failure points in welding gloves, the LT50-S features the proprietary DragPatch reinforcement on the side of the hand. This added layer of protection shields the area that most frequently rests against the welding table or workpiece, significantly extending the service life of the glove.

Structurally, the glove is assembled using Kevlar stitching throughout. Kevlar thread is heat-resistant and does not melt or burn under normal welding conditions, ensuring seam integrity is maintained even in high-temperature environments. The palm is left unlined to ensure there is no barrier between the operator's hand and the work, maximizing tactile feedback. The cuff is designed to integrate seamlessly with welding jackets, providing adequate overlap to prevent arc burn on the wrists.
