The Pferd 60633 is a high-performance POLIFAN flap disc designed for demanding industrial grinding applications. Engineered with premium Zirconia Alumina abrasive grain, this 5-inch disc delivers aggressive stock removal rates while maintaining a long service life. The 40 grit specification makes it ideal for heavy-duty tasks such as weld seam removal, chamfering, and surface grinding on coarse materials.
This disc features a Type 29 conical shape, which provides an angled grinding surface. This geometry allows for greater surface contact area when held at the standard 15-25 degree angle used during grinding, making it superior for contour work and edge grinding compared to flat (Type 27) discs.
