The Walter 06B506 ENDURO-FLEX™ Blending Disc is a high-performance abrasive consumable designed for the rigorous demands of industrial metal fabrication. Engineered with a diameter of 5 inches and a 60-grit abrasive profile, this disc utilizes ultra-sharp, refined zirconium grains. Zirconium is renowned for its self-sharpening properties and durability under high pressure, making it an ideal medium for removing heavy weld seams and achieving a consistent finish on hard alloys such as stainless steel and titanium.

A distinguishing technical feature of this product is the Eco-Trim™ backing. Unlike traditional fiberglass backings that must be discarded once the abrasive overhang is worn, the Eco-Trim™ backing is constructed from a trimmable polymer. This allows operators to reduce the backing diameter, exposing fresh abrasive flaps and extending the service life of the disc by a factor of three. This design not only optimizes material usage but also ensures consistent contact pressure and finish quality throughout the lifespan of the tool.
