The Bernard BTB (Best of the Best) Semi-Automatic MIG Gun, SKU Q4010AE8CMC, is a premium air-cooled welding torch designed for heavy-industrial applications. Configured to deliver 400 Amps at 100% duty cycle (using CO2), this gun is built to withstand the rigors of high-volume manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, and heavy equipment repair. The ‘Q’ in the SKU indicates the legacy Q-Gun style curved handle, which is renowned for its ergonomic comfort and secure grip, helping to reduce operator fatigue during extended welding sessions.<\/p>\n
This specific configuration features a 10-foot cable assembly, providing a balance between reach and wire feedability. The shorter cable length is ideal for bench work or production cells where minimizing wire friction is critical for consistent arc performance. The gun is terminated with a Miller-style power pin, ensuring plug-and-play compatibility with a wide range of Miller wire feeders and integrated power sources. It comes pre-equipped with Bernard’s proprietary Centerfire consumable system. The Centerfire system features a threadless contact tip that drops into the gas diffuser and is locked in place by the nozzle, ensuring excellent conductivity and gas coverage while simplifying consumable changes.<\/p>\n
