The Miller Industrial Running Gear/Cylinder Rack (301758) is the definitive mobility solution engineered specifically for the heavy-duty demands of the Deltaweld® 350 and Deltaweld® 500 MIG welding systems. In industrial environments where equipment needs to be moved between bays or repositioned around large workpieces, stability and durability are paramount. This running gear is not just a cart; it is a fully integrated transport system designed to handle the substantial weight of a power source, wire feeder, cabling, and gas supply without compromising safety or ease of movement.

Built with the rugged quality professionals expect from Miller Electric, this running gear features a robust frame that sits on a four-wheel configuration designed for shop floors. The oversized rear wheels allow the unit to roll easily over small obstacles, cords, and uneven concrete, while the lockable front swivel casters provide precise maneuverability in tight spaces and ensure the rig stays firmly in place once positioned. The low center of gravity design enhances safety, preventing tipping even when fully loaded with heavy industrial components.

One of the standout features of this model is its unique stowaway dual-cylinder rack. Unlike standard carts that may struggle with larger gas supplies, this rack is engineered to securely hold two “T” size gas cylinders. This is critical for high-volume operations requiring different shielding gases or extended run times without frequent cylinder changeouts. The rack ensures cylinders are secured safely during transport, adhering to industrial safety standards.

Efficiency is key in any welding operation. The Miller 301758 includes a spacious lower storage shelf that utilizes the space beneath the power source. This area is perfect for stowing heavy welding cables, ground clamps, and other essential accessories, keeping them off the floor and organized. Furthermore, this shelf is specifically designed to accommodate the OPTIONAL Miller Industrial Water Cooler (#301759), allowing for a seamless upgrade to a water-cooled MIG system without requiring a larger footprint or separate cart.

Heavy-Duty Construction & Design
