The Drillco 5-Piece Double Cut Carbide Burr Set (70S011DC) is an essential addition to any industrial toolkit, designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional metalworkers and fabricators. This comprehensive set features five of the most commonly used burr shapes, providing the versatility needed to tackle a wide range of grinding, deburring, and finishing tasks. Manufactured from premium tungsten carbide, these burrs offer exceptional hardness and heat resistance, ensuring they maintain their cutting edge far longer than high-speed steel alternatives.

The defining feature of this set is the “Double Cut” geometry. Unlike single cut burrs, double cut burrs feature cross-flutes that create smaller, more manageable chips. This design significantly reduces the loading of the flutes, allowing for continuous, efficient operation without frequent stops to clean the tool. Furthermore, the double cut pattern reduces the tendency of the burr to “pull” or climb over the workpiece, granting the operator superior control and reducing fatigue during extended use. This makes the Drillco set particularly well-suited for precision work where finish quality is as important as material removal rates.

Whether you are smoothing weld seams, enlarging holes, or contouring complex shapes, this set provides the right tool for the job. The assortment typically includes cylindrical, tree, and ball shapes, ensuring you have access to the correct profile for flat surfaces, rounded corners, and tight crevices. Packaged in a durable storage case, the Drillco 70S011DC set keeps your tools organized and protected, ready for immediate use in the shop or on the job site.
