The Walter Surfox Mini 120V Cleaning Machine (SKU: 54D076) represents the pinnacle of portable electrochemical weld cleaning technology. Designed specifically for industrial professionals who require a reliable, efficient, and safe method for treating stainless steel welds, the Surfox Mini eliminates the hazards associated with traditional pickling pastes and the labor intensity of mechanical wire brushing. By utilizing a controlled electrical current in conjunction with specialized electrolyte solutions, this unit effectively removes heat tint, discoloration, and surface impurities caused by TIG and spot welding processes.

One of the critical advantages of the Surfox Mini is its ability to clean and passivate in a single step. Passivation is essential for restoring the chromium oxide layer on stainless steel, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance. The Surfox system is ASTM A967 certified for passivation, providing peace of mind for critical applications in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and architectural industries. The unit features an integrated reservoir that automatically dispenses the electrolyte solution directly to the workpiece through the wand, ensuring a continuous and regulated flow. This minimizes waste and ensures that fresh fluid is always available at the point of contact.

Engineered for versatility, the Surfox Mini is compact and lightweight, weighing approximately 4.3 kg, making it easily transportable to various job sites or around large fabrication shops. It operates on standard 120V power, allowing it to be used virtually anywhere. The system includes a durable wand, a ground clamp, and necessary cabling, all housed in a rugged design built to withstand the rigors of daily industrial use. Whether you are repairing equipment in the field or finishing intricate components in the workshop, the Surfox Mini delivers a consistent, high-quality finish that meets the most demanding standards.

Key Technical Benefits:
