In the industrial gas environment, clear and legible equipment identification is not merely a convenience—it is a critical safety requirement. The Victor 0790-0264RP Decal Kit is designed specifically for Victor oxygen regulators operating with a delivery range up to 60 PSIG. Over time, exposure to harsh workshop environments, UV light, oils, and abrasion can cause original equipment labels to fade, peel, or become illegible. This replacement decal ensures that your apparatus remains clearly marked, reducing the risk of operator error and ensuring compliance with safety protocols that mandate legible gas service identification.

This decal kit features high-contrast lettering that clearly designates the equipment for “Oxygen” service, a crucial distinction in oxy-fuel setups where the accidental mixing of incompatible gases or equipment can lead to catastrophic failure. Additionally, the specific “60 PSIG” marking informs the operator of the regulator’s designed delivery pressure range, preventing the misuse of low-pressure equipment in high-pressure applications. As a genuine Victor part, the adhesive backing is formulated to bond securely to the metal surfaces of regulators and gauges, resisting the peeling often seen with generic stickers.

For maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) managers, keeping a stock of these decals allows for the immediate refurbishment of regulators during routine inspections. A faded label is often a flag during safety audits; replacing it with a factory-correct decal restores the professional appearance and functional safety of the unit. Whether you are refurbishing older inventory or replacing a damaged label on a unit currently in service, this kit provides the exact specifications required for Victor gas control equipment.

Technical Significance of Pressure Labeling
