The TR4-D1-2 Welding Cart is a robust material handling solution designed specifically for the safe and efficient transport of high-pressure gas cylinders. Manufactured by Anthony Welded Products, this cart is engineered to accommodate standard large oxygen and acetylene cylinders in a side-by-side configuration, making it an essential asset for industrial fabrication shops, maintenance departments, and construction sites.

Constructed from heavy-gauge steel, the frame provides exceptional structural integrity, capable of supporting the significant weight of full gas cylinders without flexing or compromising stability. The unit is finished with a durable powder coating that resists corrosion, scratches, and chemical exposure, ensuring a long service life even in harsh working environments. A critical feature of this model is its cylinder retention system, which utilizes a heavy-duty chain to firmly secure the tanks against the frame, preventing accidental tipping or movement during transit.

Mobility is provided by large, solid rubber wheels. Unlike pneumatic tires, these solid wheels are puncture-proof and maintenance-free, eliminating the risk of flats caused by metal shavings or sharp debris common in welding areas. The wheel diameter is optimized to roll smoothly over uneven concrete, grating, and debris, reducing the physical effort required by the operator. The axle assembly is designed for high load-bearing capacity, ensuring smooth rotation under heavy loads.
