Maintain the reliability and functionality of your industrial diesel welders with the Miller 283011 Gauge, Fuel Elec/Hour Meter. This genuine OEM component is critical for the proper operation of Miller Big Blue series welders, providing operators with essential data at a glance. As a direct replacement for the older part number 232113, this unit seamlessly integrates into your machine’s control panel without the need for modifications.

The gauge serves a dual purpose, acting as both an electronic fuel level indicator and an engine hour meter. Accurate fuel readings are vital for preventing downtime on the job site, ensuring your crew knows exactly when to refuel before the tank runs dry. Simultaneously, the integrated hour meter tracks engine runtime up to 1000 hours, which is indispensable for adhering to strict maintenance schedules. Regular oil changes, filter replacements, and engine servicing rely on accurate hour tracking to prolong the lifespan of your expensive equipment.

Designed for durability, this gauge is built to withstand the vibration and environmental conditions typical of heavy construction and fabrication sites where Big Blue welders are deployed. It is compatible with a wide array of models, including the Big Blue 400D, 500 Pro, 600 X, and 700 Duo Pro, covering various engine configurations like Perkins and Deutz. Trusting genuine Miller parts ensures that your electrical connections match perfectly and the gauge readings are calibrated correctly for your specific fuel tank sensor.
