The Walter 13J464 Saucer-Cup Brush is a high-performance abrasive tool engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of industrial metalworking. Designed with a unique saucer shape, this brush bridges the gap between standard cup brushes and wire wheels, offering unparalleled versatility. It features premium quality 304 stainless steel wire, which is essential for fabricating stainless steel components where cross-contamination from carbon steel brushes must be strictly avoided to prevent future corrosion.<\/p>\n
Safety and performance are at the core of Walter’s design philosophy. Each brush is meticulously balanced to ensure concentricity, significantly reducing vibration during high-speed operation. This balance not only extends the life of the angle grinder but also reduces operator fatigue, allowing for longer periods of use without discomfort. The knot-twisted wire construction provides an aggressive cutting action, making it ideal for heavy-duty tasks such as removing thick scale, heavy rust, or stubborn slag from welded joints.<\/p>\n
