The Walter 13H704 Saucer Cup Brush is a specialized abrasive tool designed to bridge the gap between standard cup brushes and wire wheels. Engineered by Walter Surface Technologies, this 7-inch brush features a unique saucer shape with a built-in 45-degree angle of attack. This innovative design allows fabricators and welders to clean hard-to-reach areas, such as inside corners, fillet welds, and irregular contours, which are often inaccessible to flat cup brushes.

Built for heavy-duty industrial environments, the 13H704 is constructed with top-tier, oil-hardened, and tempered carbon steel wire. The knot-twisted wire configuration delivers aggressive brushing action, making it highly effective for removing heavy rust, thick paint, weld slag, and stubborn scale. Despite its aggressive performance, the brush is manufactured with Walter’s signature attention to balance. Each unit is precision-balanced to run smoothly on angle grinders, significantly reducing vibration. This not only improves operator comfort during extended use but also enhances safety and tool longevity.

This saucer cup brush is an essential accessory for metalworkers dealing with structural steel, tank fabrication, or general maintenance. Its 5/8-inch arbor ensures compatibility with standard large angle grinders. Whether you are deburring machined parts or prepping surfaces for coating, the Walter 13H704 provides the speed, power, and accessibility required for professional results.

Key Benefits
