The Walter 13G314 is a high-performance 3-inch wire cup brush designed specifically for industrial surface preparation on stainless steel and aluminum materials. Manufactured by Walter Surface Technologies, this brush exemplifies precision engineering with its use of premium oil-hardened and tempered stainless steel wires. These wires are strictly quality-controlled to ensure they maintain their stiffness and cutting ability over a long service life, reducing the frequency of replacements in high-volume production environments.<\/p>\n
One of the standout technical features of this model is the integrated safety-supporting ring. This ring is critical for maintaining the structural integrity of the brush at high rotational speeds, preventing the wires from flaring outwards excessively. This not only protects the operator but also concentrates the brushing action, making it more aggressive and effective on flat surfaces. The brush comes with a standard 5\/8″-11 threaded arbor, making it compatible with most industrial angle grinders without the need for additional adapters.<\/p>\n
