The Walter 11D141 PORTACUT™ wheel represents the pinnacle of abrasive technology for on-site construction and demolition tasks. Engineered by Walter Surface Technologies, this 14-inch cut-off wheel is specifically formulated with high-grade Silicon Carbide (C24) grain, making it the ideal choice for cutting through non-ferrous aggregates such as concrete, asphalt, and natural stone. Unlike general-purpose wheels, the PORTACUT™ is designed to resist loading and glazing when cutting soft or abrasive materials, ensuring a consistent cut rate throughout the life of the wheel.

Safety is paramount when operating high-speed gas or electric power cutters. The 11D141 features a heavily reinforced structure that provides exceptional resistance to breakage and lateral stress, giving operators peace of mind during demanding cuts. The 20mm arbor is precision-manufactured to fit securely on standard power cutters, reducing vibration and ensuring true rotation. This stability not only enhances safety but also improves the quality of the cut and reduces wear on the machine’s bearings.

Professionals in the construction, road maintenance, and landscaping industries rely on the PORTACUT™ series for its durability. The wheel’s bond system is optimized to deliver a long service life without sacrificing cutting speed, maximizing productivity on the job site. Whether you are cutting expansion joints in green concrete, sizing stone for a retaining wall, or slicing through asphalt for road repairs, the Walter 11D141 delivers the reliability and performance required for heavy-duty industrial applications.
