The Walter Spinlock A/O Resin Fiber Disc (SKU: 09D105) is a high-performance abrasive solution designed for professionals who demand efficiency and precision in metal fabrication. Engineered with a premium Aluminum Oxide grain blend, this 2-inch disc delivers a consistent cut rate and exceptional longevity, making it a cost-effective choice for high-volume shops. The resin fiber construction provides the necessary stiffness to tackle aggressive blending tasks while maintaining enough flexibility to contour slightly to the workpiece, ensuring a uniform surface finish.

One of the standout features of this product is the Spinlock quick-change attachment system. This mechanism allows operators to switch out worn discs or change grits in seconds with a simple twist-on, twist-off motion. This significantly reduces downtime associated with tool changes, keeping production lines moving smoothly. The secure locking mechanism ensures the disc remains centered and stable even at high RPMs, reducing vibration and enhancing operator safety and comfort.

With a coarse 50 grit rating, this disc is specifically optimized for medium-to-heavy stock removal, weld leveling, and surface preparation. It is particularly effective in confined spaces, such as inside pipes, channels, or complex machinery parts, where traditional 4.5-inch or 5-inch angle grinders cannot reach. Compatible with standard die grinders and right-angle air tools equipped with a matching backing pad, the Walter 09D105 is a versatile addition to any industrial abrasive inventory.
