The Bernard Q300 MIG Gun (SKU: Q3025AE4MA) is a premium air-cooled welding torch designed for heavy-duty industrial applications. Engineered to withstand the rigors of high-volume manufacturing and fabrication environments, this gun is rated for 300 Amps at 100% duty cycle when using CO2 shielding gas. This specific configuration comes equipped with a 25-foot cable, providing exceptional reach for working on large assemblies without moving the wire feeder.

One of the standout features of the Bernard Q-Gun series is the integration of the Centerfire™ consumable system. Unlike traditional threaded tips, Centerfire contact tips are “drop-in” and locked in place by the nozzle. This design creates a fixed relationship between the tip and nozzle, ensuring consistent stick-out and superior gas coverage. The tapered base of the contact tip improves electrical conductivity and heat dissipation, significantly extending consumable life and reducing downtime.

This model is outfitted with a Miller-style power pin, making it a direct plug-and-play replacement for standard Miller MIG guns. It is pre-lined and configured for .045″ (1.2mm) welding wire, a common size for structural steel and heavy plate welding. The gun features a comfortable curved handle and a standard trigger, designed to minimize hand stress during prolonged use. The 45-degree neck offers excellent access to joints while maintaining a comfortable welding angle.

Centerfire™ Consumable System
