The Abicor Binzel 122.9057 Steel Liner is a premium replacement consumable designed to restore the performance of your MIG welding gun. As a critical component in the wire feeding system, the liner ensures that welding wire travels smoothly from the feeder to the contact tip. This specific liner is engineered for use with steel welding wires ranging from 0.035 inches to 0.045 inches (0.9mm to 1.2mm) in diameter. Manufactured by Abicor Binzel, a global leader in welding torch technology, this OEM part guarantees a precise fit and superior durability compared to generic alternatives.

With a total length of 17 feet (approximately 5 meters), this liner is intended for use with MIG guns that have a cable length of up to 15 feet. The extra length allows for proper trimming during installation, ensuring the liner seats perfectly against the gas diffuser and the wire feeder drive rolls. A properly fitted liner is essential for preventing wire chatter, bird-nesting, and erratic arc stability. The 122.9057 features a high-quality steel spiral construction that provides the necessary rigidity to guide the wire while remaining flexible enough to navigate the curvature of the torch cable.

This insulated steel liner typically comes with a color-coded coating (often red for this size range) which helps in quick identification and provides electrical insulation within the torch neck. It is compatible with a wide range of Binzel-style MIG guns, including the popular MB Grip, EVO, and Alpha Flux series, provided they are set up for steel wire. Regular inspection and replacement of your MIG liner are recommended to maintain optimal welding parameters. Over time, liners can become clogged with copper shavings, dust, and debris, increasing friction and causing feed issues. Installing a fresh Binzel 122.9057 liner is a cost-effective maintenance step that can significantly improve weld quality and operator satisfaction.

Genuine Abicor Binzel 122.9057 Steel Liner for Reliable Wire Feeding The Abicor Binzel 122.9057 Steel Liner is a premium replacement consumable designed to restore the performance of your MIG welding gun.
