The Bernard BTB (Best of the Best) MIG Gun (Q2015AB8EMC) represents the pinnacle of air-cooled welding torch technology. Designed for professional fabricators who demand consistency and comfort, this 200-amp gun features a 15-foot cable and a standard Euro connection, making it compatible with a vast array of welding machines. The BTB platform merges the most popular features of Bernard’s legacy Q-Gun and T-Gun series into a single, highly configurable, and robust solution.

At the heart of this gun’s performance is the Centerfire™ consumable system. Unlike traditional threaded tips, Centerfire tips drop into the gas diffuser and are locked in place by the nozzle. This design ensures excellent electrical conductivity and centers the tip within the nozzle for optimal gas coverage, significantly reducing spatter and rework. The gun comes ready to run .035″ to .045″ wire, covering the most common industrial fabrication needs.

Operator comfort is paramount in the design of the Q2015AB8EMC. It features the “A” series Small Curved Handle, which fits naturally in the hand and reduces wrist strain during extended welding sessions. The rotatable neck allows the welder to adjust the angle of the torch without tools, providing better access to tight corners and out-of-position welds. With a 100% duty cycle rating when using CO2, this gun is built to withstand the rigors of heavy manufacturing environments while maintaining a lightweight profile.

Key Benefits for the Welder
