The Tweco SG200REB-25 (Part Number 1027-1399) is a premium 200-amp spool gun specifically engineered to enhance the capabilities of the ESAB Rebel family of multiprocess welders. Designed for seamless integration with the Rebel EMP 205ic, EMP 235ic, and EMP 285ic, this spool gun offers a true plug-and-play experience. When connected to the front of the machine via the 8-pin Amphenol connector, the welder’s auto-detect feature immediately recognizes the accessory and switches the system into Spool Gun mode, eliminating the need for manual menu navigation or complex setup procedures.

Ideally suited for aluminum welding applications, the SG200REB-25 solves the common wire feeding problems associated with pushing soft aluminum wire through long standard MIG torches. By locating the heavy-duty drive motor and a 4-inch wire spool directly on the pistol-grip handle, the distance the wire must travel is minimized to just a few inches. This design ensures smooth, consistent feeding of 4043 and 5356 aluminum alloys, as well as stainless steel, mild steel, and silicon bronze wires. The gun supports wire diameters ranging from 0.023″ to 0.045″, making it versatile for various material thicknesses.

With a generous 25-foot (8-meter) cable assembly, this spool gun provides exceptional reach, allowing operators to work on large projects, such as trailers, boat hulls, and truck beds, without moving the power source. The cable, gas hose, and trigger leads are encased in a durable protective sleeve that resists abrasion and shop floor damage. The ergonomic handle features an adjustable drive roll tension lever, giving the welder precise control over wire pressure. Included with the gun is a robust carrying case and a consumable kit containing contact tips, a nozzle, and a diffuser, ensuring you are ready to weld right out of the box.
