The Tregaskiss TG-101-01 Tough Gard Anti-Spatter Liquid is a premium, water-soluble solution designed to mitigate the accumulation of spatter on welding consumables and fixtures. Engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of industrial welding environments, this 1-gallon refill provides a cost-effective and environmentally responsible method for maintaining equipment efficiency. Unlike oil-based alternatives, Tough Gard utilizes a water-based formulation that provides a thermal barrier against molten spatter without introducing petroleum derivatives into the welding cell. This unique chemistry ensures that the liquid remains fluid and does not gum up or clog intricate pneumatic sprayers found in robotic nozzle cleaning stations.

In automated welding cells, downtime associated with nozzle maintenance can significantly impact cycle times. The Tough Gard liquid acts as both a protective agent and a lubricant for reaming blades, facilitating the removal of existing spatter while coating the nozzle to prevent future adhesion. Its low surface tension allows for uniform coverage, meaning less product is required to achieve optimal protection compared to competing solutions. This efficiency translates to lower operational costs and reduced frequency of fluid replenishment. Furthermore, the solution is non-reactive and non-flammable, simplifying storage and transport logistics within safety-critical industrial facilities.

From a post-weld processing standpoint, the TG-101-01 offers distinct advantages. Because it is water-soluble and biodegradable, any residue on the workpiece or fixture can be easily removed with a simple water rinse. This feature is critical for manufacturing lines that involve subsequent painting, plating, or coating processes, as it eliminates the risk of adhesion failures caused by silicone or oil residues. The product is manufactured in Canada and adheres to strict quality standards, ensuring consistent viscosity and performance batch after batch. Whether used in a manual spray bottle or a bulk reservoir for a robotic cell, Tregaskiss Tough Gard provides reliable, industrial-grade protection against spatter buildup.

Tregaskiss© TOUGH GARD Anti-Spatter Liquid is a ready-to-use water-soluble, non-toxic product developed to address the performance and environmental concerns of metal fabricators.

By prolonging the life of your consumables and reducing the need for downtime, TOUGH GARD Anti-Spatter Liquid can help to reduce your operating and maintenance costs.
[2024,2021

0":"post-1781358","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-antispatter-nozzle-dip","6":"product_cat-chemicals","7":"pa_brand-generic","8":"pa_brand-tregaskiss","9":"pa_format-liquid","10":"pa_packaging-description-1-of-each","11":"pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","12":"pa_product-antispatter","14":"first","15":"onbackorder","16":"taxable","17":"shipping-taxable","18":"purchasable","19":"product-type-simple
["GET
