This 10-foot (3.0 meter) liner is constructed from durable, low-friction plastic, making it the premier choice for feeding soft welding wires such as aluminum. Unlike steel liners, which can cause drag and shave soft wires—leading to clogged tips and erratic arcs—this plastic liner ensures a smooth, consistent feed path from the drive rolls to the contact tip.

Designed to accommodate wire diameters ranging from 0.040″ to 0.045″ (1.0mm to 1.2mm), the U4432G02 is critical for maintaining the precision and reliability that OTC Daihen systems are known for. In industrial environments where aluminum fabrication is key, maintaining the integrity of the wire surface is paramount. This liner prevents cross-contamination from steel particles and reduces the risk of “bird-nesting” at the feeder, a common downtime issue in aluminum MIG welding.

Installation is straightforward, fitting seamlessly into the Blue Torch III cable assembly. Regular inspection and replacement of the liner are recommended to ensure optimal welding parameters and gas coverage. Whether you are operating in automotive manufacturing, aerospace, or general aluminum fabrication, using genuine OTC parts like the U4432G02 ensures your equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Key Technical Specifications

Part Number: U4432G02

Material: High-grade Plastic/Polymer

Length: 10 feet (3.0 meters)

Wire Compatibility: 0.040″ – 0.045″ (1.0mm – 1.2mm)

Application: Aluminum and soft alloy welding

[2042,2044

0":"post-1779213","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-mig-accessories","6":"product_cat-mig-consumables","7":"pa_brand-daihen","8":"pa_item-liner","9":"pa_length-10-ft","10":"pa_material-plastic","11":"pa_packaging-description-1of-each","12":"pa_wire-size-0-040-0-045-2","14":"first","15":"onbackorder","16":"taxable","17":"shipping-taxable","18":"purchasable","19":"product-type-simple
["GET
