The Dynaflux DF781 Ultra Bright Aluminum Cleaner is a professional-grade chemical formulation specifically engineered for the industrial cleaning and preparation of aluminum surfaces. Supplied in a convenient 1-quart container, this ready-to-use liquid eliminates the need for complex mixing or dilution, allowing operators to apply it directly to the workpiece. It is designed to rapidly penetrate and dissolve aluminum oxides, grease, oil, and accumulated shop dirt, which are common contaminants that can severely affect weld quality and integrity.

One of the standout technical features of the DF781 is its advanced rinse agent technology. This formulation promotes a “sheeting” action during the rinsing process, ensuring that water flows off the metal surface in a uniform sheet rather than beading up. This results in a film-free, chemically clean surface that is ideal for welding, anodizing, or other finishing processes. By effectively removing surface oxides, it helps stabilize the welding arc and reduces the likelihood of porosity in aluminum welds.

In addition to its cleaning efficacy, the Dynaflux DF781 is biodegradable, aligning with modern environmental safety standards for industrial consumables. While it is potent enough to handle heavy accumulations—sometimes requiring light brushing for deep-seated grime—it remains a safer alternative to many traditional solvent-based cleaners. This product is an essential addition to any MRO inventory or welding workshop dealing with aluminum fabrication.

Dynaflux Ultra Bright Aluminum Cleaner is a ready-to-use cleaner and brightener.

Provides rapid and effortless cleaning and removal of aluminum oxides, grease and dirt from aluminum before welding.

Rinse agents provide a “sheeting” action for film-free rinsing.

Heavy accumulations may require some light brushing.

Biodegradable.
[2021,2026

0":"post-1779151","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"endorsed-aluminum-fab-shop","6":"endorsed-construction-demolition-shop","7":"endorsed-home-shop","8":"endorsed-mechanical-contractor","9":"endorsed-red-seal","10":"endorsed-stainless-steel-fab-shop","11":"endorsed-tool-die-shop","12":"product_cat-chemicals","13":"product_cat-cleaners-and-degreasers","14":"pa_application-aluminum-cleaning","15":"pa_application-oxide-removal","16":"pa_application-pre-weld-preparation","17":"pa_brand-dynaflux","18":"pa_brand-generic","19":"pa_format-liquid","20":"pa_packaging-description-1-for-each","21":"pa_packaging-description-1-quart","22":"pa_product-cleaner","24":"first","25":"instock","26":"taxable","27":"shipping-taxable","28":"purchasable","29":"product-type-simple
["GET
